Receitas de final de ano saudáveis
Final de ano chegando, mas você não precisa extrapolar na sua alimentação. A Fisioforma separou para você uma ceia deliciosa e super saudável! Acompanhe:
Salada de lentilha
- 500 g de lentilha cozida
- 200 g de arroz selvagem cozido
- 2 talos de alho poro picados
- 1 cebola roxa fatiada e caramelizada
- 200 g de damasco picado
- 100 g de uva passa
- 200 g couve cortada fina crua
- ½ colher de chá de pimenta síria
- Sal do himalaia rosa
- 2 colheres de sopa de azeite
- 1 abobrinha italiana picada quadradinhos pequenos
Misturar todos ingredientes
Lombo suíno
- 1 k de lombo suíno temperado
- 200 g de ricota
- 100g de castanhas
- Azeite, sal e pimenta a gosto
Misturar os ingredientes do recheio e rechear o lombo , assar por 30 minutos a 180 graus
Acompanhamentos
Farofa de maracujá
- Refogar a farinha de milho com manteiga, sal, alho, cebola a gosto e acrescentar maracujá
Purê de cabotiá
- Cozinhar a cabotiá , passar no processador com manteiga , alho e cebola e azeite
Couve refogada
- Refogar a couve com alho cebola e sal a gosto

Crumble de frutas vermelhas
- 1/3 xícara de aveia em flocos
- 1/3 xícara pistache ou castanhas
- ¼ de xícara de farinha de coco
- ¼ xícara de açúcar mascavo ou de coco
- 1 a 3 colheres de sopa de óleo de coco
Recheio
- 500 g Frutas vermelhas picadas
- Balsâmico a gosto
- 1 colher de sopa mel
Passe as frutas na frigideira com o mel e o balsâmico. Depois, monte as frutas na assadeira e por fim, coloque a farinha preparada por cima.
